It is with immense pride that I address you in the capacity of Chairman of the Albert A. Abela Company, a company born from the benefit of experience gleaned over decades through the activities of the Abela Group, formerly run by my late father Albert P. Abela.

We are both an old company as well as a young one and under my leadership the Albert A. Abela Company augments the best practices from the past with ideas and procedures representative of today’s management culture.

A wise man once said, “Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; rather leadership is defined by results not attributes” This quote depicts the management ethos of our company and such results can only be exemplary and cost effective manner.

In order to achieve our goals, we have to value our company employees realizing that they are ultimately our most valuable resource and asset. We provide them with an atmosphere and environment which enables them to perform in the most professional, effective and efficient way thus ensuring the needs of our clients are met.
It is our aim to pursue excellence whether it be in the form of Airline Catering, Banqueting or indeed the many forms of Industrial Catering. From experience, such excellence can only be achieved by working closely with our clients, listening to their needs and requirements and providing them with tailor-made services by caring staff.

We are also cognizant of the need to minimize the impact on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint. This is achieved in various ways. For example by reducing the use of unnecessary packaging and close fuel management. Not only does this benefit the globe as a whole but also provides economic savings which we pass onto our clients.
We strive for excellence and rise to the ever-increasing challenges of the food service industry. Our highest priority is to provide quality products and excellent service to our clients in an ethical manner. It is our strong belief that the services provided to our clients are “Second To None”.
